Print Wins is a veteran-owned custom UV printing business based in Salado, Texas 76571. We operate under the name "Print Wins" and ship products nationally throughout the United States.
References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Print Wins. References to "you" or "your" mean the customer placing an order or using our website.
Submitting a quote request, completing a purchase, or sending us a file for printing constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us (typically by email). We may decline orders for any reason, including but not limited to:

Every product we produce is custom-made to your specifications. Because of the custom nature of our work:
Please review all proofs carefully, including spelling, colors, layout, and dimensions, before approving. We are not responsible for errors you approve.
We accept PNG, JPG/JPEG, PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD (Photoshop), SVG, and EPS files.
For best print quality, all files should be 300 DPI or higher at the intended print size. Low-resolution files may result in blurry or pixelated prints. Minimum pixel dimensions by size:
Files should be in RGB color mode. CMYK files are accepted but colors may shift slightly during conversion. We recommend providing RGB files for the most accurate output.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to reproduce any artwork, images, logos, text, or other content you submit to us. We are not responsible for claims arising from your use of third-party content.
⚠️ We reserve the right to refuse any file that we believe infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights without refund of any design fees incurred.
All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price you are quoted at time of order confirmation is the price you pay.
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to Texas addresses as required by Texas state law. Orders shipped outside of Texas are not subject to Texas sales tax.
Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods listed at checkout. For large or bulk orders, we may require a deposit before production begins.
Free quotes provided through our website are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in writing. Final pricing may vary based on file complexity, quantity, turnaround requirements, and shipping destination.
Standard production time is 2–5 business days after proof approval, depending on product type and order volume. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by holidays, carrier issues, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. Estimated turnaround times are not guarantees.
We ship throughout the continental United States. Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier.
Orders totaling $75 or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the continental US.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a reprint or replacement at our discretion.
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact us and the carrier. We will assist in filing a claim but are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
🎯 Our commitment: If we make an error, we will make it right — period. If the error is ours, you get a free reprint or full refund, your choice.
If we print your order incorrectly (wrong product, wrong size, our production defect, or color significantly different from approved proof), we will reprint or refund your order at no charge. Contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order.
Because all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for errors in artwork you provided or proofs you approved. This includes misspellings, incorrect colors, low-resolution files, or wrong dimensions specified by you.
Orders may be cancelled without charge before a proof has been sent. Once a proof is issued and production is scheduled, a cancellation fee may apply. Orders already in production cannot be cancelled.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
All content on the Print Wins website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Print Wins or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright law.
You retain ownership of all artwork and images you submit to us. By submitting files, you grant Print Wins a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You may not use our name, logo, or brand assets without our express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Print Wins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bell County, Texas.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
